We can deliver world wide.
However if your country is not listed upon checkout then please just contact us.

Your order will be posted within 24 hours once payments have been cleared. Wherever possible, we will aim to post your order the same day.


POSTAGE RATES

Shipping is based on what country you live in & how many items you buy.

Listed below are our current postage rates. Postage costs are added to your order total once you select what shipping you would like. After cheeking your Delivery address and proceeding with the order, the Order value details are displayed along with postage which is calculated according to the number of items ordered and the region that the delivery Country falls within. ( please note you can still decide not to proceed with your order at this point)

For CDs & small item shipping to:-

England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales

1 item = £1.50
& 50p each additional item.

Europe

1 item = £2.50
& 50p each additional item.

Outside Europe

1 item = £3.00
Extra items based on post office service & weight.

USA fast shipping is extra.
Please e-mail your order to us if you require a different or fast / next day delivery.


Vinyl shipping is separate at a flat rate of £3.00 for the UK & extra for other countries.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the following payment options: Paypal, Postal Orders, and Personal Cheques.

Paypal: With Paypal, you can shop online securely and easily using your credit or debit card, bank account, or Paypal balance. Paypal allows you to make secure payments without revealing your card number or financial information to the seller. You don't need to have a Paypal account to make payments to Paypal. However, it's very easy to sign up for a Paypal account if you wish to. Paypal do not charge you for sending your payments.

Postal Orders and Personal Cheques: Now you can pay safely offline, with postal orders from your local post office. Many countries offer this service.

Please note: If paying by personal cheque, we allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear before your items are posted.




REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can return any item for a refund or exchange if it is unopened & in its original packaging.

You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
These goods must be in their original condition.
Where it is apparent that these conditions haven't been met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items.

If the goods are faulty, you can return them for a full refund, or an exchange of your choice. (of the same value)
Please allow 7 days for the processing of your refund/exchange.
